2012 Cod Regulations - The cod regulations effective May 1, 2012 are 9 cod per person, minimum size of 19" (down from 24"). Through April 30 the 10 cod per person at 24" minimum applies. We will keep you posted of any mid-season updates, though none are expected. Call us for more information.

Bluefin Tuna action held through November last year - True giants arrived late September, kept us busy for an extended season into late November. Landed two ~800 lb bluefin on one day, two 500 lb bluefin tuna on another, a few 700's - these make for wicked great tuna fishing charters (with class)!
Let's hope that 2012 Gloucester tuna fishing brings these same fish back, a bit larger, stronger and hungrier. Reports are the bluefin are on their way northward now.

Call 978-407-1351 to set up your 2012 charters - join us as a single or partial group.
This is Gloucester giant bluefin tuna fishing at its finest - come tuna fishing while it lasts.

2012 Gloucester striped bass fishing will start in May as the larger stripers migrate into our waters. We are seeing mackerel now- stripers are not far behind. Come join us to catch both these hugies and enjoy some light-tackle schoolie action.
For 2012 tuna fishing, expect a mix of giants (sell-able fish, 300 to 1100+ lbs), medium (tag-and-release) and small (keepers!) tuna, caught on giant rods or lighter tackle. Yes, we said 1100 lbs - true giants have returned to the Gloucester area.
Kite bites: Watch for that slam of a bluefin busting the kite bait on the surface - Hooked up! Single? Ask about shared charters - see our split charters page for more info
