Policies
- Please note that due to increasing processing costs,
all credit card charges include a 4% service charge.

- Tuna over 73″ are the boat’s property due to federal permitting.
- Charters who land a Giant Tuna (over 73 inches) may receive 20% of the fish sale price up to the cost of the charter. Call us for details.

Deposits
A deposit of $700 is required for all charters to reserve your date. ($500 for half-day charters) This deposit non-refundable unless the charter is canceled by the Captain due to inclement weather and we are unable to reschedule, or unless your cancellation is received at least two weeks prior to your charter date.
We do accept deposits via credit card ~ please call us for details. This option will instantly reserve your date. Please do not email credit card information, for your own security. If sending a check, please mail deposits, made out to

Note that if reserving by check, your charter is not reserved until we receive your check.
Payments
On the day of your charter, we accept payment by cash or personal check. (Yes, we do take checks!). If you prefer to pay by credit card, we offer online payments (very easy, from our Payments page or on site) mobile credit card processing on site. Please call to arrange for other payment options in advance.
Due to increasing credit card service charges, payment by credit card will incur a 4% service charge.
Cancellations
We request two (2) weeks notice of cancellation of your charter, to allow us to re-book that date. If we are unable to re-book the date, we will charge a $700 deposit using the mode with which you secured your charter (credit card or check).
If the Captain needs to cancel the charter due to weather or other safety issue, we will notify you as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to make this call with you in consideration of your travel plans to our area.
Weather
All trips are rain or shine – the fish don’t care if it is wet out! Bring gear appropriate to the offshore marine forecast. High winds and storms may cause cancellations for safety reasons. Captain makes the call. We will be in touch the day before your charter to finalize departure time and/or reschedule if need be.
